A Pilates by Riya pop-up class happens throughout the year, in 2023 there were 5 pop-up classes delivered both in London and 1 in Leicester. A pop-up event provides a refreshing change of scenery from traditional studio classes. It combines the benefits of an effective Pilates workout with a vibrant and social atmosphere, making it an enjoyable and memorable experience for Pilates enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
