Are the classes beginner friendly?

Yes the platform is perfect for beginners and for anyone wanting to try Pilates. I share both regression and progression options for all.

What equipment do I need? 

Just you, your mat and good vibes! The majority of the classes have zerio equiptment although weights/ankle/wrist weights are optional. I truly believe your own body weight is just as effective, so don’t worry if you don’t have any props!

What does each subscription include? 

  • Unlimited access to all classes (new class posted every week!)

  • 1x monthly zoom class (recordings available!)

  • Early access to my in-person events

  • 1:1 check-in’s

Do you pay upfront?

Yes, rather than monthly you can pay upfront to help keep you accountable too! Nothing will come out from your account monthly.

If i have a subscription but cannot make the monthly live zooms, what happens?

Don’t worry at all, I will send you the live recording for you to access!

Why is there no monthly subscription available? 

In order for you to see the results you want to see and feel, I truly believe you need to keep yourself accountable and you will see results in 3 months and more! One of the most famous of Joseph Pilates' quotes is this: "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body". Many pilates studios use this quote and for obvious reasons- if you're promised a whole new body in 30 sessions, why not? It sounds amazing. Sign me up! But here's the catch- while it IS possible to have a whole new body in 30 sessions, that entirely depends on your level of commitment, both financially and mentally
