Whether you’re a complete beginner, getting back into exercise or a pro, these classes are suitable for all levels. 

 

EQUIPMENT NEEDED 

All you need is a mat (props such as weights, resistance bands are optional) There will be counter, chair and wall based Pilates included. 

 

MONTHLY LIVE ZOOM CLASSES 

Automated reminders sent right to your emails for your monthly live classes with Riya We will cover correcting forms, techniques and new exercises to keep things fun and engaging ending each class with breath-work. Recordings will be uploaded to the platform. 

 

LOCATION & TIME 

Anytime, anywhere. The online platform has classes ranging from 5 - 45 minutes and the monthly live zoom classes are 45 minutes.

FAQs

Are the classes beginner friendly?

Yes, the platform is perfect for beginners and for anyone wanting to try Pilates. Different variations are shared throughout each exercise and class to cater to all levels.

What equipment do I need? 

Just you, your mat and good vibes! The majority of the classes have zero equipment although weights are optional. I truly believe your own body weight is just as effective, so don’t worry if you don’t have any props!

What does each subscription include? 

  • Unlimited access to all classes (new classes are posted every week!)

  • 1x monthly zoom class (recordings are uploaded on to the platform)

  • Early access to my in-person events

  • 1:1 check-in’s

Do you pay upfront?

Yes, rather than monthly you can pay upfront to help keep you accountable too! Nothing will come out from your account monthly.

If I have a subscription but cannot make the monthly live zooms, what happens?

Don’t worry, all live classes are recorded and uploaded to the platform.

Why is there no monthly subscription available? 

In order for you to see the results you want to see and feel, I truly believe you need to keep yourself accountable and you will see results in 3 months and more! One of the most famous quotes by Joseph Pilates' quotes is this "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body". Many pilates studios use this quote and for obvious reasons- if you're promised a whole new body in 30 sessions, why not?! But here's the catch- while it IS possible to have a whole new mind and body in 30 sessions, that entirely depends on your level of commitment and consistency.

Can you trial a session before commiting to a membership plan?

For now there is no free trial plans, however every month Riya hosts a live 30 minute free taster class. Keep an eye out on her socials for more information.
