All you need is a mat. Props such as weights, resistance bands, small balls are optional. Your own body weight is just as enough

Automated reminders sent right to your emails for your live classes with Riya. We will cover correcting forms, techniques and new exercises to keep things fun and engaging, ending each class with breath-work. Recordings will be uploaded to the platform

Are the classes beginner friendly?
Yes, the platform is perfect for beginners and for anyone wanting to try Pilates. Different variations are shared throughout each exercise and class to cater to all levels. There is a 7 days beginners program on the platform to help you get started on your Pilates journey.
What equipment do I need?
Just you, your mat and good vibes! The majority of the classes have zero equipment but there are some classes that include equipment such as weights and resistance bands. I truly believe your own body weight is just as effective, so don’t worry if you don’t have any props!
