I am currently doing prenatal classes once a week with Riya. I love the fact that Riya is attentive, she really knows what she is doing and she tailors the class to my personal needs. She is also very flexible when it comes to appointments and is always punctual!
Riya is calm, gentle, warm and extremely knowledgeable which is so reassuring particularly when you're pregnant. I was a little nervous about doing these classes over zoom as I have mainly done Pilates classes before and for pregnancy, I didn't want my form to put my baby or me in any danger, but Riya is constantly checking form and asking if I'm ok and if I need a modification/advising when to use a modification.
I have been doing 121 prenatal Pilates with Riya and it has been amazing. I like that she tailors the class depending on how I am feeling. As a newbie to Pilates, Riya takes the time to explain each movement and how it is beneficial for me during and after my

I really enjoyed my weekly pilates classes, it gave me something to look forward to each Tuesday and I am going to miss it so much. I feel like my strength has improved over the last 9 weeks and it has encouraged me to work out more during my pregnancy.
