About the event
In honour of Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m offering a free Pilates class designed to support you on the days your mind feels a little heavier. This session is about giving yourself time to move, breathe, and feel lighter. Pilates has always been my way of finding calm through the noise, and this class is an opportunity to share that with you.
We’ll focus on gentle, feel-good movement, stretches, and breathwork to help you reconnect with your body and create a sense of ease, physically and mentally. No pressure, no expectations, just a space to show up as you are. open too all levels.
