Pilates & Petals Event

Details:

* 11:00am - 1:30pm (Please arrive by 10:45 AM to get settled in, as we’ll be starting promptly at 11:00 AM)

*Join us for a one-of-a-kind event where we’ll move, create, and celebrate the end of summer! We’ll start with a refreshing restore and refresh Pilates session to give your body that boost, followed by a flower-making workshop where you’ll design your own bouquet, perfect for hosting or to simply brighten up your home as we enter the new season. Light food and drinks included because… Pilates, petals, and smoothies sounds about right.

* Venue: Omnom, Islington, London - nearest station is Angel (5 minute walk)

* All equipment will be provided

* Dress code: loose clothing, activewear
