Pilates & Petals Summer Event

Details:

* 11:00am - 1:30pm (Please arrive by 10:45 AM to get settled in, as we’ll be starting promptly at 11:00 AM)

*Join us for a one-of-a-kind event where we’ll move, create, and celebrate summer! We’ll start with a refreshing Pilates session to give your body that summer boost, followed by a flower-making workshop where you’ll design your own bouquet, perfect for your next garden party for hosting or to simply brighten up your home. Light food and drinks included because… Pilates, petals, and smoothies sounds about right.

* Venue: Omnom, Islington, London - nearest station is Angel (5 minute walk)

* All equipment will be provided

* Dress code: loose clothing, activewear
