Join this 9-week prental Pilates program, it includes weekly live Zoom classes every Tuesdays at 7pm. This program is designed to support and nurture expectant mothers at every stage of pregnancy. These virtual sessions provide a safe and convenient way for you to stay active from the comfort of your home. Led by me, a certified instructor, each class focuses on gentle, pregnancy-safe exercises that strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. Expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you can connect with other moms-to-be, practice mindful breathing techniques, and learn exercises that alleviate common pregnancy discomforts. My classes cater to all fitness levels, ensuring you feel confident and empowered throughout your pregnancy journey. Please contact your GP/Midwife if you need approval before exercising.
Weights, resistance bands and small balls will be used but totally ok if you have none of the above. Your own body weight is enough.
Each class is 45 minutes ending with deep abdom breathing and meditation.
